Last night the Texas Marshals traveled to Fabacher Field to start a two-game series against the Acadiana Cane Cutters. The Cane Cutters won by a final score of 5-1, and it was the first of a scheduled doubleheader. Game 1 went 7 innings.

The two teams meet again tonight for a regular, nine-inning game. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 pm.
