Marshals Win 6-1 Over Twins

Tonight at Graham Field the Texas Marshals defeated the visiting Texarkana Twins by a final score of 6-1.  Here is a link to the box score:

Highlights from tonight’s game include:

• Scruggs and Maack each hitting a home run and each having two hits
• Galy going 3-for-3
• Hammer starting the game and pitching seven innings, allowing just one run and giving up just five hits to earn the victory
• Delmar pitching two innings of scoreless relief and striking out two batters

 

 

The TCL will have the league’s 2017 All-Star game this Wednesday (July 5, 2017).  The Marshals resume play on Friday night, July 7, in Victoria against the Generals.
